Final decisions regarding university admission offers, scholarship allocations, and student visa grants rest exclusively with the respective university admissions committees, scholarship trustees, and sovereign immigration authorities (such as UK Visas and Immigration, US Department of State, IRCC Canada, or Australian Department of Home Affairs).

3. Student & Client Responsibilities

As an applicant, you warrant that:

• All marksheets, transcripts, certificates, identity proofs, and financial affidavits provided to SNO and target institutions are genuine, accurate, and valid.
• You will adhere to deadlines for fee deposits, biometric appointments, and interview schedules.
• You will notify your designated counsellor promptly of any changes in financial standing or academic status.

4. Intellectual Property

All branding, text, illustrations, graphic emblems, and code on this website are the proprietary property of Study Next Overseas. You may not reproduce, republish, or commercially exploit any content without prior written authorization.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes arising under them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
